The Omumu Manual

The reference for what Omumu does and how to do it. Each chapter covers one area of the platform: what to tell your AI assistant, and the buttons in the admin that do the same thing.

1. Getting Started

   Your first hour on a new Omumu site — what the sign-up gives you, the setup checklist, your business details and brand, payments, email, your team, and where your plan lives.

2. Courses & Content

   Build the thing you deliver — courses made of modules, lessons, content blocks, videos and checklists — by talking to your assistant or in the admin, and decide how students move through it.

3. Selling

   Put a price on what you make, give buyers a checkout that works, and get them into the product the moment they pay — all from your own site.

4. Pages & Sales Pages

   Give your site the pages a visitor expects — a front page, an about page, the legal pages, a blog — and give every offer a designed sales page your assistant can write and you can fix in place.

5. Audience & Email

   Turn visitors into contacts and contacts into students — opt-in forms, welcome sequences, scarce invites, a quiz that sorts people, and an inbox for what they write back — with the one rule that decides whether any of it can send.

6. Automations

   Make your site act on what people do — a sign-up starts a sequence, a finished module earns a tag, a hand-in pings you — with a visual builder your assistant can also write to.

7. Teaching & Feedback

   Ask students for work, let the AI give the first answer from your own teaching, read the Lights on your Mentor Board, and write the feedback that only you can.

8. The Participant Folder

   Give each participant a folder of short, sourced facts that the AI reads before it rates a hand-in, so the feedback remembers them.

9. Podcasting

   Run a podcast from your own site — one show, a public feed every app reads, episodes mastered and transcribed for you, and an editor that cuts the audio by cutting the words.

10. Analytics

    Know who came, from where, and what they did — measured by your own site for every visitor, with the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on top when you want them, and a consent banner that keeps all three honest.

11. The Agent Surface

    The connection point your AI talks to, the credentials that let it in, and the controls that decide what it may read and change — and how you take that access back.

12. The Command Line and Companion Apps

    Run your site from a terminal with omumu-cli — by hand, from a script, or through an AI agent — and capture podcast episodes and screen recordings on a phone or a Mac that upload straight into the site.

13. Product Skills

    The step-by-step workflows your AI assistant can load from your site — what a skill is, which ones you have, and how to use them live over the connection or install them in Claude.
